A common problem found by chef's
preparing chilles is that their fingers get contaminated
with the capsaisin (The chemical in the chillies that
provides the heat) and they then wipe an eye or visit
the toilet, with chilli products it can be advisable
to "WASH YOUR HANDS BEFORE USING THE URINAL"
as well as after.
In a humours attempt to get this
message across we have produced a card to be affixed
to the wall in the gents with the following message:-
The objective of the warning is to not only warn
our customers, but also to tweek the curiosity of
the visitor, for a return visit to the bar.
